This 4500 sq foot apartment in a downtown Chicago highrise was previously renovated
by Kaufman Segal Design in 2005 for a different client. A new approach brings opulent fabrics and rich textures
together to create a respite high above Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile. this residence hosts three separate master
style suites and spacious rooms for entertaining. It's formal yet livable interior provides a sanctuary from the
daily hustle, bustle and demands of city living.
Design Concepts:
With a new owner and a different design aesthetic, the client wanted to put her own signature on this
previously renovated condominium.
