Description:
A 3000-square-foot vintage apartment in a historic building of downtown Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. Project included upgrading and expanding the kitchen space. Kaufman Segal's work on this project was showcased on HGTV's Designer's Challenge. Watch Video from HGTV's Designer's Challenge.

Design Concepts:
Combine the kitchen space with the maid's quarters to create a functional space for both cooking and relaxing.
