Description:
An old stamp factory loacted in Lakeview was originally converted to lofts in the early 80's. We revitalized this dwelling and upgraded the appearance to a warm inviting atmosphere while retaining the dramatic spatial volumes. A roof deck was added for an urban outdoor retreat.
