This Lincoln Park Grey stone was devoid of all architectural details after being completely stripped during a previous renovation. We spearheaded a full renovation incorporating a mix of Biedermeier, Empire, and traditional furnishings and restored a sense of opulence to this turn-of-the-century structure. Adapting the space to the owner's lifestyle included creating a “martini room” in place of a formal dining area, and building a small formal dining area off the living room. Custom-creating crown molding, millwork and fireplace mantles enabled us to return a sense of character to what began as a "clean slate."
