Description:
We converted this Streeterville three-bedroom, three-bath unit into a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit to allow for a larger living area and formal powder room. The main living area accommodates an oversized Persian Bactiari carpet and dark wood floors, which ground the large space and give the illusion of higher ceilings. This floor treatment provides the only source of color to accommodate for an ever-changing personal art collection.
Design Concepts:
Create more expansive spaces with separate, intimate seating areas to accommodate small or large groups of people.
