Description:
We combined traditional and contemporary architecture with rich interior detailing to transform this single-family, new-construction Lincoln Park home into a respite from the rigors of city living.

Design Concepts:
An urban dwelling that has all the amenities and luxury usually found only outside the city, including four outdoor areas, master suite, full millwork library, media center with barrel vaulted ceilings, home office & gym, living room, dining room, family room, mudroom, kitchen and butler's pantry. Materials include natural woods, stones, concrete, bronze, stainless steel, and a host of deluxe carpets and fabrics.
