Description:
In this downtown three-story townhouse on LaSalle Street, we utilized a mix of natural materials and semi-antique and custom millwork to create a more contemporary backdrop. The client planned to move to a larger residence within three years, so we created a scheme that could be easily scaled upward to a larger home.

Design Concepts:
Create an open floor plan and design scheme that would easily translate to a new larger living space.
